IT Support Technician

Full-time: 37 hours per week, all year round

Or Part-time: 25 to 37 hours per week, term-time only (hours negotiable)

Salary: £18,370 – £23,463 per annum

 

An IT Support Technician is required to join our friendly, dedicated, experienced IT team.

Our IT infrastructure is robust and well supported by external specialist providers. Our staff and students are enthusiastic IT users and will value the work that you do.  

The role is varied and you will work as part of a team to support the School’s IT infrastructure and users. Responsibilities will include: 

  • Supporting our wired and wireless network 
  • Installing and maintaining computer equipment 
  • Setting up audio-visual equipment for school events 
  • Providing first-line technical support for users  
  • Assisting in the administration of our core systems such as Office 365
