We are looking for a highly efficient, flexible, friendly and reliable Cover Supervisor to join our school.

We currently have a vacancy for a Cover Supervisor to start October 2018 for 32.5 hours per week, term-time only. We are looking for a Cover Supervisor to supervise pre-prepared activities and self-directed learning to cover short term/unplanned teacher absence. The primary focus for this position is to maintain order and keep pupils on track during the lesson. These two founding schools are both Ofsted rated good schools. The outcomes at Minster Primary are outstanding. Sunny Bank Primary School in Sittingbourne joined TILT in February 2020 under a sponsorship arrangement and significant all round improvement has been made with the support of the MAT.
