We are looking for a highly organised and dedicated individual to join our team. A working knowledge of the best practice and the ability to inspire and support both children and adults will be a key requirement. An active willingness to contribute to whole school improvement is vital.The post will involve covering whole classes on a regular basis to facilitate PPA as well as covering for other occasions e.g. courses.

The successful candidate will also be one of two HLTAs responsible for coordinating lunchtime activities and supervision. So an ability to play, have fun, lead, enthuse and inspire others is essential.

Candidates must have a HLTA qualification or equivalent, experience of working with children from Foundation Stage to Year 6 and experience of taking a whole class.

You will need to provide evidence of accelerated pupil progress and outstanding practice in the primary classroom. Shortlisted candidates may be observed working with children as part of the selection process.

HOURS OF WORK - 5 mornings and 3 afternoons per week 28-30 hours.
