We are looking for a dynamic, innovative and suitably experienced individual for the post of School Business Manager, to work alongside the Senior Leadership Team. We are a small (but ambitious!) Church of England Primary School, ready to build on previous recent successes and continue our journey towards being an outstanding school.

 

This post requires strategic leadership and management of the operational business of the school to provide best value and further enhance the effectiveness of the school. The role will encompass all aspects of the school’s finances and administration as well as personnel, site and contracts management. The post holder will line manage a small team, including the caretaker. The successful candidate will be flexible, efficient and sensitive, adopting a confidential approach to the role at all times. Excellent interpersonal skills are essential and an extensive and authoritative knowledge of business management is vital.
