Swale Academies Trust Support Staff Pay Scheme Band 2 point 7 (equivalent to £3,378 per year)

8 hours per weekend, 4 on Saturday and 4 on Sunday.

Paid holiday entitlement, pro rata to hours worked.

Westlands School Farm is looking for a motivated individual to become part of our vibrant growing community where young people gain experience of land based studies in a truly vocational setting. The ideal candidate will be reliable with good problem solving abilities, able to self-motivate and work independently within a given time frame. The role involves maintaining the welfare needs of our award winning animals to the highest standards and whilst training will be given, a suitable candidate will have an understanding of the welfare needs of animals and how to care for them on a basic level.
