Administration Assistant – Humanities Department

Fixed-Term Contract (September – December 2018), Term-time only 

Kent Range 3, 30 hours per week, Monday – Friday, including INSET Days. Working pattern of 8.50am – 3.20pm.

Actual salary £10,692.51 - £11,759.84 per annum (£15,628 to £17,188 for a full time equivalent).

We are seeking an excellent administrator who can come in and hit the ground running. The role is based within the Humanities Department covering a period of staff absence.

Essential requirements:

  • Previous administration experience
  • A calm manner to deal with all situations
  • Good IT Skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • The ability to work with colleagues as part of a team, to be flexible, adaptable and to multi-task
  • Good level of general education at Level 2 qualification or above
  • A good sense of humour.

Preferred requirements:

  • Experience of working in a school environment
  • Awareness of GDPR
  • Working knowledge of SIMS.
