We are seeking to appoint, in the first instance for one year, a cleaner in charge to manage cleaning and cleaning staff across the school. This is a fixed term contract, newly created, to trial after moving moving from a cleaning company. The successful candidate will have a clean DBS, and the ability to undertake DIY jobs around the school, cleaning and staff organisation. 

The hours will be 7.30am until 9am. Then 3pm until 6.15pm. Term time and holidays.

St Marys School is a friendly and popular C of E Primary School in the St Mary’s ward of Swanley. We have strong links with both the local church, St Mary the Virgin, and the wider community. We have a one form entry across the school, as well as a successful LEA nursery attached, which takes children from the age of 2. Our staff are highly motivated and hard working, setting high standards for the 270 pupils in their care. Our results at the end of Key Stage 2 are often above the national average, and this is reflective of how hard working and professional our staff are.
