We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, caring individual support assistant to work with a delightful young boy who will be in our Year 1 cohort in September. He requires support to access the curriculum and reach his potential. The role is a job-share and so the successful candidate would need to be able to work from 8.30am - 3.30pm on either Wednesday, Thursday and Friday or just Thursday and Friday in order to match with the existing team.

  • Confidence to adapt learning activities with plenty of initiative
  • Relishing working in a team
  • An understanding of the importance of small steps of progress
  • Clear communicator – feeding back to teacher, wider staff and parents
  • Patience
