Royal Rise Primary is seeking to appoint a motivated and passionate SENCO to join their team on their journey to excellence. The school is part of the Cygnus Academy Trust  and the successful person will have the support of the trust in developing and leading SEN throughout the school.

This position is part time, 1.5 days a week,  times and days to suit the successful candidate.

The role will include

  • providing expertise and knowledge of strategies, procedures and interventions,
  • Analysis of data and the impact of interventions
  • Leading, Managing and observing a team of TA’s with the support of SENCO Assistant.
  • Meeting with parents
  • Managing referrals to the local LIFT panel, statutory assessment and liaison with other professionals.
