Site Maintenance Technician

Required for August 2018

Band 3 £15,886 - £17,189 (£10,734.17 - £11,614.61 pro rata)

25 hours per week, part-time, all year round. Hours to be discussed at interview, but primarily they will be to cover the later shift with the flexibility to cover morning shifts during staff absence.

 

We are looking to recruit a part-time Site Maintenance Technician to assist our Site Manager in undertaking general repairs and maintenance to ensure the site is safe for pupils, staff and visitors.

The successful candidate will maintain the security of the school, ensuring that the site is secured when unoccupied, and as a registered key holder may be asked to attend alarm call-outs. You will also be asked to undertake emergency cleaning as required, and provide a portering service for deliveries as well as moving furniture and replenishing supplies.
