The Primary First Trust currently consists of eight primary schools in Bexley, Kent and Medway who work in close partnership together.  From the outset the commitment of our organisation has been to ensure we can meet our school improvement priorities.  The upward trajectory of the results in all of our schools shows we have achieved this.

 The HR Officer will join this friendly and dynamic central team, ensuring the effective running of HR processes and records within schools. To work closely with the HR Lead on recruitment, payroll, absence and maintaining school HR compliance.

We are ideally seeking someone who has:

  • An appropriate HR qualification or significant experience in this field
  • Experience of undertaking a range of administrative duties
  • Experience of School HR processes
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • The ability to work flexibly
