Pastoral Assistant- Cromer House

32 Hours per week, Term Time plus 1 week

FMAT Band 5 Point 14

£17,826 pa (Pro-rata £13,009 pa)  

               

The school is looking to recruit a Pastoral Assistant to assist the Pastoral Manager (Head of House) in providing welfare and guidance to students in the pastoral unit. The successful candidate will be assisting in the provision of effective strategies to tackle underachievement and assist all students in the house area to ensure they have a successful education.

 

The post will involve both administrative tasks and interaction with students and parents. High level interpersonal and written communication skills and a good general educational background are desirable.
