ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

We are keen to appoint an enthusiastic and committed Administrative Assistant to join our dedicated staff team.

Are you a dynamic, capable, experienced, and self-motivated person? Please state your strengths in your application. You will need to provide a high level of administrative service in a busy school office environment.

The successful applicant will need to demonstrate: • excellent interpersonal skills • great team work • good keyboard and clerical skills • ability to work on own initiative • ability to be methodical, well-organised and observe confidentiality • a sense of humour!

A knowledge and understanding of schools’ computer systems, in particular SIMS.net, would be an advantage, but training can be given.

This post is for 35 hours (term time only), depending on experience and qualifications, at KR4 £17,189- £18,058 pro rata. Hours will be 8.30am to 4.00pm daily (half an hour for lunch).
