We at Luddenham are looking for a fun and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our fantastic Support Staff Team. Our TAs are crucial in enabling the school to function effectively and they are a dedicated crew of skilled professionals who support daily learning at school.Our perfect candidate would work across the school doing interventions with literacy and language. We are looking for someone who has knowledge and experience of teaching Phonics as well as leading reading interventions to enhance pupils' progress and some experience of Speech and Language would be an added bonus.

These interventions would take place in the afternoons. The role then entails leading our After School Club provision from 4 -6pm. We have recently invested in a new 'Ludd Club' Room and we are looking for someone to lead a child engaging and fun Affter School Club. Part of the afternoon hours would be set aside for Ludd Club Admin to work alongside our School Business Manager. We have a budget available to organise focused weeks and guest visitors to come in.

This is a fixed term contract for until 31st August 2018 with the possibility to move to a more permanent position. There are 25 hours available each week. The Pay range starts at KR5 and could be negotiable for the right candidate.
