Well-Being Assistant

We are looking to appoint a Well-Being Assistant (WBA) to work within our Pastoral Team.  The role is multifaceted...

• It will see you develop a positive relationship with our parent community, empowering them to take an active role in their child's social, emotional and educational development.
• The successful candidate will work closely with our Trust-wide SENCo, assisting her to ensure we meet the needs of all our pupils.
• The core purpose of the Well-Being Assistant is to ensure our ‘One Childhood One Chance’ philosophy allows every child at Ramsgate Arts to flourish and succeed.  To nurture and support our children so that they feel happy, safe and successful at school.

Ramsgate Arts Primary School is a brand new two-form entry primary school that has been moved to its new purpose built building.

Ramsgate Arts Primary is part of the Viking Academy Trust; a primary only, three school Multi-Academy Trust, with Chilton Primary and Upton Junior School the other members of our Viking family of schools.

The vision of our Arts school is to provide a high-quality, rounded and creative education, through which every child can experience the joy of learning and also be supported to reach his or her potential. This is made possible through a relentless focus on high quality teaching and learning, ensuring all children make good or better progress in reading, writing and maths.
