We are looking to appoint an exceptional candidate to provide clerking services to schools within Cygnus Academies Trust, a multi-academy trust in the Dartford area.

The role will include:

  • Providing advice to the governing body on governance, constitutional and procedural matters.
  • Providing effective administrative support to the governing body and its committee.
  • Ensuring the governing body is properly constituted.
  • Managing information effectively in accordance with legal requirements.

You will have excellent administrative, IT and organisational skills and be able to produce documents in good written English.

You must be willing to work flexible hours in response to the requirements of the Trust and be prepared to attend evening meetings.

A relevant professional clerking qualification would be desirable, or a willingness to undertake.
