Our small CE Primary School with a big heart is looking for a new Headteacher – Job share/Flexible working arrangements actively considered.

Emmaus Leadership will shortly be commencing the recruitment of a new Headteacher for Sedley’s Church of England Primary School (Roll 100) following the imminent retirement of the current Headteacher at the end of this academic year. 

Sedley’s was graded Good by Ofsted in November 2016 - offering our next Headteacher a strong platform from which to realise the school’s potential to achieve outstanding. 

The role is likely to appeal to a Deputy/Assistant or experienced Key Stage leader looking for their first step into Headship.

Governors also welcome interest from well qualified applicants interested in exploring job share/flexible working arrangements.

Sedleys CE Primary School is a small four-class village school in Southfleet, founded in 1637.

The school remains at the heart of the community, and is actively involved in village life, and well supported by the Governors, Church and PFA. The school is close to A2/M25 and a few minutes drive from Bluewater.
