We are looking for a caretaker for this small, rural, well maintained school. Hours are 7.30am - 8.30am 5 days per week. At 8.30am for 30 mins you will then take on the role of our Road Crossing Patrol making a total of 7.5 hrs per week.

Salary: Caretaker starting at £2061.22, Road Crossing Patrol £827.78 making a total of £2889 per annum.

Information about the school

St Margaret’s, Collier Street is a small and welcoming Church of England village school which is ideally situated between Maidstone and Tonbridge. Our children, of which there are currently 124, are polite and love to learn. Our latest OFSTED report in May 2022 remarked that 'there is a strong culture of personal and professional support among staff'.

We are very well resourced and have a purpose built children's kitchen, additional teaching rooms as well as very spacious grounds. We offer a friendly school which maintains close links with the church and where everyone works together for the benefit of every pupil. We have very supportive parents and an active PTA.
