This position is for 37 hours per week on a split shift basis.

06.00 to 10.30  -  15.00 to 18.00 Monday to Thursday

06.00 to 10.00   - 15.00 to 18.00 Friday

Our Caretaker is responsible for:

1. Opening and locking the school - As primary Key Holder this is a split shift. This role also includes being emergency contact and overtime for lettings.
2. Organising and line managing our team of cleaners.
3. Health & Safety - This includes liaising with our H&S provider and Trust Business Manager; as well as completing relevent checks.
4. General maintenance and liaison with external contractors. The role also includes some project management.

The following skills and knowledge would be desirable: However, training is provided if required.
