Hours:  10 per week, 45 weeks per year

Salary: NJC E1 point 6 (£15,014 per annum pro rata - Actual salary £3,869)

We currently have a vacancy for a part time cleaner to join our Premises Team to start at the beginning of February 2018.

Maundene Primary School, having recently joined the Inspire Partnership Academy Trust, is starting its new and exciting journey into the future where we want to empower our children to aspire to be whatever they dream to be, because they deserve to achieve.

We are looking for a willing, cheerful and hardworking person who will take pride in their work and in turn would be valued by staff, pupils and parents for their contribution to the school's success. Experience in school cleaning is useful, but not essential as training can be provided. Common sense and the ability to be self-motivated is essential.

You will be responsible for cleaning a designated area of the school premises, working as part of a team, under the direction of the Site Manager. Duties will include general cleaning such as mopping, dusting, polishing, sweeping, emptying bins, etc.

Hours to be worked will be 6:15am – 8:15am or 3:30pm – 5:30pm

For an application form please contact Mrs S Lindsey, School Business Manager – 01634 864721 ext. 3 or email linds006@medwaymail.org

Closing date:    Friday 26th January 2018

Interview date:     w/c 29th January 2018
