We are looking for a caring, committed and enthusiastic learning support assistant with experience of working with children in a primary school.

You will be required to bring energy and patience to the role which involves providing 1:1 support for a Year 3 child. You will support the child with their educational, behavioural , emotional and social development.

The successful candidate will hold qualifications in English and maths at GCSE grade C or above. They will need to be able to work using their own initiative, be self-motivated, well-organised and a good communicator.

You will be joining a friendly and dedicated team who are committed to providing every child with the support and opportunities they need to progress in their learning.

The post is full-time (8.40am-3.20pm). This is a fixed term position linked to high needs funding. The hours include lunchtime supervision for half hour each day (allowing for a half hour lunch break).
