The Governors of St Thomas' Catholic Primary School are looking to appoint additional Midday Supervisors to join our already established team.

Are you committed to enhancing the enjoyment of children in your care during the lunch time? Can you work well within a hardworking and dedicated team?

The contract is being offered on a perminate basis, term time only and 7.5 hours per week. The successful applicants will have set working times; Monday to Friday - 1.5 hours per day - 11.45am-1.15 p.m.

Your duties will primarily be based within our hall whilst the children eat their lunch. You will be responsible for laying the dining tables with cutlery, cups and water jugs. During food service, our Midday Supervision team are asked to help the younger children to cut up their food. All staff are responsible for the supervision of behaviour, as well as health and safety to ensure all children have an enjoyable dining experience. Tables will also need to be cleared and relaid for the next sitting or packed away once lunch is coming to an end.

St Thomas' is committed to the safeguarding of children and this position is subject to an enhanced DBS check, reference checks and a pre-employment health check questionnaire.
