Napier wishes to appoint a pro-active dynamic Teaching Assistant to develop their career within our Academy Trust  

Are you looking for a position to develop your career as an Early Years teaching professional?

Napier Primary Academy is part of the Kemnal Academies Trust, which is one of the largest multi-academy trusts in the south of England; with over 40 primary and secondary schools in the TKAT family. This gives us the opportunity to develop our staff through excellent training opportunities into our Teacher Training programme. 

Napier Primary Academy is based in the heart of Gillingham with over 580 pupils on roll. The academy is under new leadership and we have a determined vision to reach outstanding status and beyond. We are an expanding school; currently growing to three forms of entry. 

As part of TKAT we are able to offer excellent CPD and training opportunities and use a highly effective coaching/mentoring approach to develop our staff. We are looking for candidates for this exciting role who are:

  • are educated to minimum A level standard 

This position will start in February 2018, although this date can be flexible if the successful candidate is available sooner.
