Sandwich Technology Support Range 4 – Points 11- 14 - £13,991 - £14,700(Pro rata to £16,967 - £17,826)

We wish to appoint a Behaviour Support Assistant to work closely with the Inclusion team assisting in the supervision of the students. The post holder will be expected to participate in all aspects of behaviour management, improvement of student behaviour and the prevention of poor behaviour.

If you have the necessary skills and personal qualities to help some of our more challenging students to engage with learning and achieve their potential, then you could be the person we are looking for.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience of working with children with challenging behaviour
  • Experience of working in a school/education environment, ideally supporting an inclusion/behaviour unit
  • A patient and resilient person who is hard working and committed.
