Contract Hours: Part Time/ Variable (on average 4-6 hours per meeting). 18 meetings per full term to be covered by a pool of Governance Administrators

Contract type: Term time only

Salary: Bexley NJC 3 (£9.62 per hour plus travel expenses)

Location: Bexley/Medway

Job start: February 2018

Closing Date for Applications: 10am, Thursday 4th January 2018

The Primary First Trust currently consists of eight primary schools in Bexley, Medway and Kent who work in close partnership together. From the outset the commitment of our organisation has been to ensure we can meet our school improvement priorities.  The upward trajectory of the results in all of our schools shows we have achieved this.

The Primary First Trust (PFT) is seeking to appoint two Governance Administrators to work with schools within Bexley, Kent and Medway. This is an exciting role for somebody who wishes to have impact throughout an organisation rather than just one school.

You will be a person of integrity, extremely well organised and be able to maintain confidentiality. You will work closely with the Lead PFT Clerk to ensure the smooth running of the governing body meetings and you will have the skills needed to ensure this vital role is carried out effectively and professionally.

For you, the job will bring an opportunity to be part of an organisation that is changing the life chances of children. This opportunity will bring with it the need for a flexible approach to working hours, including flexibility between office/home working.

An application pack is attached to this advert and completed application forms should be emailed to Hardeep Hullait at hhullait@theprimaryfirsttrust.co.uk by 10am, Thursday 4th January 2018.

Interview date:  Monday 8 January 2018

References will be requested from those shortlisted.
