Key Stage Two Maternity Cover (Year 6) - Term 4 Start - Mid March (Week 4 start - Monday 12th March)

We are looking for a dynamic, motivated, enthusiastic and positive teacher who wants to be part of a developing team.

Barming Primary School has seen a lot of change over the years.   A new leadership team started in September 2016 and is working hard with all staff to change the direction and working ethos of Barming.

We want a school that has a curriculum which is fun and exciting for the children and staff.  A curriculum which uses the outdoor learning environment and encourages enquiring minds.  We want a teacher who thinks outside of the box, developing new and inspirational ways to bring the curriculum to life and which gives the children invaluable skills in a world which is forever changing!

We think carefully about all our staff and are continually thinking of new ways to develop ways of reducing workload.

The ideal candidate will start on Monday 12th March 2018 (Term 4).

However, we would like the ideal candidate to work alongside the current teacher on Thursday 8th and Friday 9th March to ensure a smooth transition.

The children at Barming Primary School are eager to learn in an environment which is rich in space!

Visits to the school are warmly welcomed and encouraged.

Please contact the school office to arrange an appointment with Mr Laker (Head of School).
