Platts Heath Primary School is looking to appoint an outstanding practitioner with the SENCO accreditation. The successful candidate will need experience of working with children who have a wide range of educational needs across the primary age range.

You will need to be extremely organised, flexible and be able to adapt quickly to changes within the school. You will be dedicated, enthusiastic, patient and caring to help our children enjoy, learn and achieve success.

The position will be on a part time basis, 1 day a fortnight in term time  plus any additioanl days or INSET if requested.

Platts Heath is a small rural school with big ideas. We require a part time SENCO to join our happy, hardworking and harmonious team. Our school is at the heart of the local community as we have an active PTFA and involve residents in all our activities.

Platts Heath Primary School is a Good school and part of the ASPIRE Federation. A partnership of four small village primary schools in rural Kent, near the county town of Maidstone. Two schools are Church of England primary schools and two are community primary schools. The ASPIRE mission statement is:
