Napier Community Primary and Nursery Academy is based in the heart of Gillingham with over 580 children on roll. The academy is under new leadership and we have a determined vision to reach outstanding status.

The school is part of the Kemnal Academies Trust, which is one of the largest multi-academy trusts in the south of England; with over 40 primary and secondary schools in the TKAT family.

We are looking for candidates who are:

- Resourceful, purposeful, resilient and well organised
- Committed to high standards of teaching, learning and classroom management
- Fully versed in the latest assessment procedures
- Up to date with all of the National Curriculum programmes of study
