We are looking to appoint an experienced and highly skilled Office Supervisor who would enjoy the challenge of working in a busy school environment to lead our friendly and supportive school office team.

You will work closely with the Business Manager and Head Teacher and play a vital role in maintaining the excellent reputation of our school and ensure the smooth running of the office. This post would suit a pro-active team player with excellent organisation, communication and problem solving skills who enjoys dealing with people, and is able to use initiative to cope with an ever changing, fast paced environment in a calm, friendly and professional manner.

Contract Details:

Status: Permanent

Hours/Percentage of Week: 28 hours, 30 minutes per week (4 days), with possibility of 5 days in future

Weeks per year: 40 weeks per year (Term time 38 weeks plus 2 weeks)
