We are looking to appoint a highly skilled and experienced teaching assistant to work in our friendly village school for 25 hours a week, term-time only.

The successful candidate will have proven experience across the whole primary range, and be able to demonstrate excellence, flexibility and commitment in their work with the children.

The successful applicant will also undertake a daily lunchtime duty, totalling 5 hours a week.

The post will initially be a fixed term contract until July 2018.

Yalding St Peter and St Paul CEP School is a village primary in a beautiful rural setting which has good links with the local community. We were recently graded as a good school, by Ofsted, in January 2019 and by SIAMS in March 2019. We currently have 163 children on roll, which are currently organised into 7 single age group classes with approximately 24 pupils in a class.
Our vision is to provide a caring and engaging learning environment which nurtures the well-being and aspirations of all members of the school community.
