Grade 10/11 (£32,078 - £38,883) / (£37,922 - £44,575)

Endeavour MAT is a newly formed multi academy trust made up of two well-established grammar schools in Wilmington, Kent (Ofsted rated ‘outstanding’ and ‘good’). We are passionate about providing quality learning and education.

We are looking for an experienced Manager to join the Senior Leadership Teams of both grammar schools in an Executive role designed to build on the already close working of the two schools. The right candidate will have:

  • Relevant qualifications plus considerable financial and managerial experience (candidates with strong transferable skills from outside the education sector are welcome as well as those with experience in schools)
  • Excellent oral, written, and analytical communication skills
  • Ability to identify and implement change, and enhance existing practice
