We have a very exciting opportunity for a new Operations Manager to join Oasis Academy Isle of Sheppey. Working in an established school with a dynamic team of educators this is a great opportunity to join one of the largest multi-academy trusts in the UK in a vital role.

About the Role We are looking for a diligent and dedicated individual to join the team in providing operational leadership across HR, ICT, community usage, catering, administration and support in the Academy. Critical to the smooth running of the Academy this role will require excellent organisational skills, the ability to influence others and to work diplomatically to resolve complex situations.

The ideal candidate will:  

  • Have line management experience
  • Have relevant knowledge of HR, Finance and other operational support services
  • Be driven and self-motivated
  • Be committed to the vision and values of Oasis Community Learning and the Academy

Our multi-site Academy is set across two locations on the Isle of Sheppey. Based in the affordable areas of Minster and Sheerness, there are beautiful costal views from the Academy classrooms and offices and fast, accessible networks from London and the Kent region.
