About the Role We are looking for a diligent and dedicated individual to join the team in providing operational leadership across HR, ICT, community usage, catering, administration and support in the Academy. Critical to the smooth running of the Academy this role will require excellent organisational skills, the ability to influence others and to work diplomatically to resolve complex situations.

The ideal candidate will:

Have line management experience
Have relevant knowledge of HR, Finance and other operational support services
Be driven and self-motivated
Be committed to the vision and values of Oasis Community Learning and the Academy
