We are looking to appoint a motivated and enthusiastic person to this newly created role to oversee the central function of the Village Academy Trust. The successful candidate will work in collaboration with the senior leadership team and directors and contribute to the successful and effective operation of the Trust's seven schools. You will need to be educated to at least degree level and have a proven track record of successful leadership and effective team building. Ideally, you will have experience of working in the education sector.

Our school has been part of the Veritas Multi Academy Trust since May 2018. Ofsted report September 2022 rates our school as GOOD with an OUTSTANDING Early Years. Our irresistible curriculum and inclusive ethos ensures that all children achieve their potential.

The school is situated in the beautiful city of Canterbury, benefitting from many excellent cultural opportunities. We have wonderful grounds, including a forest school. Learning outside the classroom is a school priority.

We are on an exciting journey to rebuild our school and are working with the Department for Education on a new build project.
