This is an exciting opportunity for a well-organised individual with excellent people and administrative skills to work at our Tiger Primary School. We are looking to appoint an efficient, friendly, and reliable person to provide administrative support.

 

You will be the first point of contact on the telephone and in person for all visitors, staff and students to the school. Ensure the smooth running of the school administration by performing duties in an efficient, professional and courteous manner at all times.

 

We are looking for someone who has excellent customer service skills and creates a welcoming atmosphere for all that visit the School. You will be able to demonstrate your ability to work under pressure with a diverse workload and will have a high level of self-motivation, using this to find solutions to administrative problems. The successful candidate will have experience with an administrative environment including the use of Microsoft Office skills. Experience of SIMS would be highly desirable, however training will be provided.
