The Post

 

Required for 1 January 2018 the Governors wish to appoint a highly qualified and dynamic teacher of Design Technology to share a full-time role with an existing job-share partner.

This post offers an excellent opportunity to work in an Ofsted Outstanding School within a successful and forward-thinking department and would suit an enthusiastic NQT or an experienced professional looking to further their expertise.

The School is committed to excellence in professional development and is looking for a committed individual who can offer outstanding teaching. The ability to teach Product Design and Food at GCSE is essential and Product Design at A Level desirable.

Barton Court Grammar School (BCGS) is a state, selective, co-educational school with a strong reputation for its high academic standards and its caring and supportive ethos. The Charles Dickens School (CDS), a state, non-selective, co-educational secondary school joined BCAT on 1 March 2017 and Barton Manor School (BMS), our free school, which is also a non-selective co-educational secondary school opened in September 2022 to Year 7.
