Receptionist

Term Time plus two weeks

£15,101 per annum (pro-rata)

 

Hartsdown Academy is looking to appoint an afternoon receptionist to work on their busy reception desk to provide an efficient reception service to support the smooth operation of the school.

The ideal candidate will have proven administration experience, ideally having previously worked as a receptionist or in a customer service role. Applicants must have the ability to provide a high level of customer service and be able to deal calmly, tactfully and effectively with students, staff and visitors.

 

Working hours will be 22.5 hours per week 12.15pm to 4.45pm term time and two weeks during the summer holiday from 9.30am to 2pm
