Year 3 Class Teacher

We are in the very fortunate position to be looking for an outstanding teacher, who will help us to maintain our strong practice within Year 3. We are a rapidly growing forward looking school that is prepared to try things differently to support all to make progress.

In our last Ofsted inspection in 2015 we were graded good in all areas. We have had new leadership in place since April 2017 and they are keen to improve on the practices within the school.

Our children request an energetic, highly motivated, dynamic and forward thinking teacher who places them at the centre of school life, with high expectations of pupil's achievement and behaviour, ensuring every child achieves their full potential.

As a Class Teacher you will have:

  • A proven track record of outstanding teaching and is able to inspire and lead others
  • High personal and professional standards, drive and energy with a teaching ability to provide a role model for all
  • Passion and tenacity to make a real difference to pupils across all subject areas and the ability to help children go further than they think possible!
  • A commitment to being a strong classroom practitioner and can work effectively in a team
  • Excellent communication skills, developing the potential of all of our children
  • A new school based curriculum with a focus on high quality outcomes, speaking skills and is linked to real life jobs
