We are seeking a person with a track record of commitment to high academic and professional standards and the drive to help pupils achieve those standards at St Lawrence College. Candidates should be able to demonstrate they have the management skill to lead a busy department, to inspire and motivate colleagues and pupils through their teaching and personal example. At this exciting phase in the College's development, a demonstrable willingness and ability to drive the progress of the department will be a key asset.

All colleagues are expected to act as a pastoral tutor, attached to a day or boarding house, and should be willing to be involved with the wider life of a busy boarding and day school.

St Lawrence College is a leading co-educational HMC school educating 650 pupils from the ages of 3 to 18.
