Deputy Facilities & Estates Manager

Salary range £23,982 - £26,451

We are seeking to appoint a reliable, self-directed, hardworking and practical individual to a new post in the team responsible for the security, safety, cleanliness and general maintenance at this top performing school boasting excellent facilities and attractive grounds.

The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills, to work under pressure and collaboratively. Experience relevant to the position which includes supervising staff, project management, monitoring contract delivery and Health and Safety compliance.

The post is full time, all year round, working 37 hours per week across 5 days in a Monday to Saturday rotating shift pattern including some early start and evening work.
