West Hill School are looking to recruit a highly committed, organised and motivated individual who would like to work within a busy, friendly school, providing bespoke support for individuals with special educational needs, within a mainstream class setting.

We are looking for someone who has experience of working within an EYFS and/or primary school setting with pupils who have complex educational needs, including ASD and learning difficulties.

The role will involve providing additional one to one and small group support based on targets set out in a child’s Personalised Plan. The candidate will report to the class teacher but will work closely with the Inclusion Manager and Inclusion Assistant to ensure high quality provision and progress for pupils.

The successful candidate will take direction and implement a range of learning experiences which motivate and engage.
