We are seeking a Senior Teaching Assistant to join our friendly and supportive staff team. This role involves providing cover for staff PPA, CPD and sickness and will involve working across different groups in the school. We are looking for someone who is:

Ideally, the candidate will already have an HLTA qualification or equivalent, however we will also consider applicants who are in the process of training or who are keen to train and can show relevant prior experience.

You will be working for 20 hours per week over 4 days during term time only (38 weeks). Pay: Kent Range 6 (£19,609 - £21,509) pro rata (approximately £8,740 per year).

Above all you need to like children, to want the very best for them and be prepared to put their needs first. Children will be at the heart of your work. You must be able to demonstrate that you understand the importance of educating the whole child within a creative & innovative school setting.
