Cleaner

10 hours per week

(2:30 – 4:30pm Wednesday and 3:30 – 5:30pm all other weekdays)

Term Time plus five weeks (a total of 44 worked weeks)

Salary £3,831p.a

We have two vacancies for a Cleaner for 10 hours per week to join our in-house team. The successful candidates will become part of a team responsible for cleaning all internal areas of the school to ensure they are kept in a pleasant, hygienic and safe condition. They will be employed on grade 2 point 6 of the Wilmington Grammar School for Girls pay scale and working hours will be as set out above, although alternative times might be possible to accommodate, expressions of interest from those interested in a 7 – 9am shift would be particularly welcome.

Applicants will be expected to have experience of cleaning to a high standard and be confident in the use of relevant cleaning equipment. They will also need to be able to work within set routines and to form effective working relationships with their colleagues.
