The Galaxy Trust is looking to appoint two administration staff.  Temple Hill is looking for an Office Junior and West Hill is looking for an Administration Assistant, (previous school experience would be desirable) with pleasant and adaptable personalities to join their friendly groups of staff. 

Temple Hill recently transferred to an Academy under The Galaxy Trust.  The Office Junior position is for 37 hours per week, term-time only, plus 5 training days (39 weeks per year).

West Hill will be joining The Galaxy Trust from September 2017. 

The successful candidates will report to the Director of Business and Business Managers.

The West Hill position will be for 37 hours per week, term-time only, plus 3 weeks - five training days and 2 weeks in the summer holidays. Experience within an office environment, preferably within school administration; An up-to-date knowledge and practical experience of current I.T. hardware and software packages (a knowledge of SIMs would be desirable); A high level of organisational skills; Outstanding interpersonal skills with both children and adults; Ability to work to deadlines and use own initiative; Ability to work within a team.
