We are seeking an enthusiastic and organised Clercial Assistant to provide clerical support to the school.  The successful candidate will have experience of working in a busy office environment and have experience of using the SIMS.net pupil database, competency in the use of Microsoft Word and Outlook Calendars and have an eye for detail.  This post will be a 'front of house' position so excellent communication skills are essential.

The Village Academy is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children at all times and this post will be subject to the receipt of DBS/CRB clearance and relevant references.

Our school has been part of the Veritas Multi Academy Trust since May 2018. Ofsted report September 2022 rates our school as GOOD with an OUTSTANDING Early Years. Our irresistible curriculum and inclusive ethos ensures that all children achieve their potential.

The school is situated in the beautiful city of Canterbury, benefitting from many excellent cultural opportunities. We have wonderful grounds, including a forest school. Learning outside the classroom is a school priority.

We are on an exciting journey to rebuild our school and are working with the Department for Education on a new build project.
