Thistle Hill Academy are looking for an inspirational After School Club Assistant to support our After-School Club during term time. This is a rare chance to join a new provision on the beginning of its journey and play a pivotal role in its success and development. 

After School Club 3.15 – 5.30 p.m. (this may be increased to 6.30 dependant on need)

You must be a motivated individual with the ability to use your own initiative with excellent team player qualities. Helping design and implement educational support and play programmes for children.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Can support an environment in which play occurs naturally and is appropriate to the age and ability of the children
  • Can work as part of a team
  • Has a positive commitment to personal development through training
  • Can provide a caring and responsible service to parents and carers

We require an NVQ 3 or equivalent childcare qualification.
