A unique teaching opportunity has arisen at our school – could you be the person to take up the challenge?

One of our job share teachers is going on adoption leave and we have a teaching position available in Year 6 from September 2017. They are a class of 15 amazing children who are keen to have a new teacher who is eager to make a difference to their learning and help prepare them for their last year in our lovely school.

We are seeking to recruit an effective and inspirational class teacher who is committed to high standards of teaching and learning. The post on offer is until April 2018 and we can offer a full time contract to cover the role or a 3 day job share position if this would be better suited to your current needs. The post would be suitable for an experienced teacher or an NQT who is looking for their first teaching post.

We can offer you:

  • Fantastic pupils who love to learn
  • Supportive, friendly staff
  • Excellent CPD opportunities as part of the KULB federation of schools
  • Strong Christian ethos where everyone is valued

We would love to meet you – and I am sure you would want to meet our lovely children - so we welcome informal visits to the school prior to application and look forward to meeting you. If you cannot visit, please contact the Head of School, Julie Wellman, to find out more about this exciting position.

To arrange a visit and for further information, please contact the school office on 01622 861398

Leeds and Broomfield CEP School and the KULB federation are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. The post is subject to an enhanced Disclosure application to the Disclosure and Barring Service and check against the ISA barred list for children.

Every child is challenged and encouraged to thrive and achieve as individuals, preparing them for their role as caring citizens in modern Britain.

At Leeds & Broomfield we build strong foundations for all; to learn, flourish and fill their hearts with God’s love. Everyone is important, valued and needed to make Leeds and Broomfield grow.
