The High Weald Academy, in collaboration with Brook Learning Trust, is able to support graduates from Science, Maths or Computing sectors who are considering teaching or working with young people as a career; and are keen to gain essential experience in the classroom.  This opportunity is also suitable for graduates who are taking a gap year before industry, who would welcome the opportunity to positively influence the outcomes of our students.

You will be calm and resilient, willing to learn, with excellent subject knowledge.  You will possess a sense of community and act as a role model to our students.

Information about the school
