Richmond Academy, Sheerness are looking to appoint a part-time Caretaker.

This is a 20 hours a week, term time only position.

The role includes responsibility for:

  • Site Security
  • General maintenance, repairs, cleaning
  • Regular fire, water and alarm tests

The successful candidate will have previous experience of building maintenance and knowledge of basic plumbing, joinery, electrical and decorating repair. Basic computer skills preferred but not essential.

We are seeking applicants that can act on their own initiative, dealing with any unexpected problems that may arise.

45 weeks a year, 20 hours a week, 7:30am - 11:30am.
