Year 5+6 Team Leader
Are you looking to develop your own leadership potential?
We are seeking to appoint an excellent teacher (Upper KS2) who is looking to develop their leadership and management skills and become part of our dedicated team. The successful candidate will be expected to teach a class but will receive additional management release time (1 day per week) in order to fulfil the role effectively.
We work in 3 ‘mini school teams’ across Year R and 1, Years 2,3+4, and Years 5+6. We follow this structure focused around the 3 Key Stages rather than a traditional Key Stage model.

Kingsnorth CE Primary School is an exciting and vibrant place to learn and develop; we received a Good Ofsted judgement in our last inspection. From September 2017 we will be formally linked with another of the Aquila schools, providing a wide range of development opportunities across both schools.
