ASSISTANT HEADTEACHER REQUIRED FOR SEPTEMBER 2017.

We are seeking to appoint a truly outstanding classroom practitioner who is a self motivated, enthusiastic professional to support the leadership of this 3-form, popular and friendly community school. This post is non-class based (initially), with a regular teaching commitment.
We are looking for an Assistant Head Teacher with: ∙ Excellent management, organisational, leadership and teaching skills. ∙ A commitment to high expectations and robust understanding of raising standards, particularly for more able children. ∙ A passion for teaching and improving opportunities for our children. ∙ Ambition and a keen interest in their own professional development. ∙ Excellent interpersonal skills to build on links with parents. ∙ Experience of teaching in KS1 and KS2. Ability to lead KS1 or KS2.
You will be supported in career development through bespoke training. Opportunities for rapid career progression are available. All of our teachers are provided with a laptop/iPad and access to other necessary resources.
